The fake friends and Fox and Friends think three separate sovereign Central American nations, are really Mexico. That’s right. After You-Know-Who cut off foreign aid to El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras, the geography majors in the Fox graphic department aired this on their national morning show:
“Trump Cuts Aid to 3 Mexican Countries.”
Now, Fox apologized. But the damage is done. What it says to us is that the folks at Fox and Friends are so lazy, presumptuous and pay such little attention to the nuance of Latino culture, or even the names of Latin American countries, that they would safely, and with conviction, assume that El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras are all basically Mexico. Freud would have a field day with this guys. And you know what he’d say, that folks at Fox have an Oedipus complex with Mexico, and every Latino triggers it, no matter where they are from.
But look, I’m used to it, as a Cuban-American, if I had a dollar for every time some white person asked me what part of Mexico Cubans come from I’d have 745,675 and fifty cents..roughly.
